I am really looking forward to attending the National Tutors Conference this tuesday and thanks to Conexus Tuition for organising.  As an independent tutor it is great to engage with fellow tutors and continue with my summer of both tutoring A level economics and business students working towards UCAS predicted grades and continuous professional development having also attended an excellent Tutor2u a level business edexcel training day.  Its also been lovely to have a family holiday and also go with my brothers to Portugal, where we visited as a family back in 1974!

I am going on the Tutors’ Association (TTA) Trade Mission to China this September and it will be great to meet with a few fellow delegates at the National Tutors Conference and I am already booked into the Tutors’ Association National Conference in October.  Whilst I already work with a number of expert international educational consultants, I am really looking forward to meeting Chinese educational experts from schools and colleges in Beijing and Shanghai, to listen to their requirements and engage with them, as well of course of the opportunity to visit and experience China.  No doubt this will be the subject of future posts, a taster for now.
